For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally. We currently deliver our products and services at all cities of our delivery network, which customers can check via pincode availiability on product detail page. We are coming to other state cities very soon and will keep you posted!
Products are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation. All the products are transported and delivered using Third party logistic and TheRoots delivery network. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 12 - 15 days starting from the day of shipping. The day of shipping is indicated on your product page at the time of order. Please note that we will NOT be able to ship pre-orders earlier than the indicated time.
As such there is no hidden charges for shipments, shipments are free of charge. And if product have any shipment charges than it should be clearly added on invoice.
As a registered customer, you have the right to return the goods within 20 days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays included) without giving any reason for such return. The period in which you can return the goods begins upon receipt of this explanation in writing (per email), but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of part delivery, not before the first part has been received) and also not before we have fulfilled our obligation to provide information.
To comply with the notice period, timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient. In each instance, the return of the Eligble goods takes place at 5% cut off charges on total bill amount paid as a transportation, payment gatway, loading, unloding expenses. At the time of goods delivery If Damaged / Defective items received by you from our side than you must inform it by mail and call us immediately and return that product to our transport vendor without any cut off charges. Damaged / Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on our Products. All eligible products returns accepted within 20 days only on unused products and in original packaging condition. A refund amount will be reserve on client account and it will be credited on next purchase products invoice.The return package is received and processed at our fulfilment centre. It typically takes 10-15 business days for the return to reach our fulfilment centre.
